All orders will be processed within 1-2 business working days.
You will receive an Order Confirmation email upon the purchase of your tiles.
Delivery
Delivery is free for all orders above $500.
There will be a delivery charge for orders below $500:
Standard Delivery : $40.00
Express Delivery : $80.00
*For express delivery, do make your order before 11am to get your tiles the next day. (Please note that our warehouse is closed on Sundays and Public Holidays).
If we are experiencing high volume of orders, there might be a slight delay for delivery. Please allow us additional time to work on the orders efficiently for your delivery. Do contact us for any queries you might have.
